The trash from 2519 S Madison was not picked up, but left with a non collection notice. Due to the high volume of vehicle traffic visiting 2519 S Madison, the pile has been gradually backed into the mailbox of 2528 S Madison, and the pile is currently on the property of 2527 S Madison.
I don't think they have mown their grass this year.

Neighbor garbage cans are permanently in the roadside. Please notice that they have 2 garbage cans. I had previously received a notice of violation because people think that one of those garbage cans is mine. NONE OF THOSE ARE MINE. THEY ARE FROM 1611 S TROY CT. Thank you.
I know that this is not city road, but I want to keep you updated. The hole is getting bigger and it swallowed the cone you guys put in to cover the hole. I was told that the road is owned by the Church of Christ. I have called multiple times and never received a response from them and now their number on Google is deactivated. There is a pipe that is now fully exposed. Is there any guidance you can offer? Thank you.
There is overgrown grass and 3 non-running cars in the yard and next door at 2609 Kendall Dr the house had burnt through the roof over the winter, no repairs have been made and there is large construction equipment blocking.
Overgrown lawns throughout Apartcomplex and has been for weeks. It's unsafe for animals and owners from ticks,fleas,etc from overgrown lawns.. Concerned resident.
Property sold on May 11, 2026 and has not been attended to since that time. Lawn is excessively high. This in a neighborhood where all other neighbors mow regularly and take pride in the appearance of their yards. New owner needs to step up and take care of the property!
Trash was not taken to the street for three weeks (two pickups) and then garbage was put in their recycling bin and rejected by recycling. The recycling bin with potentially 3+ week old trash is still at the road today and the smell is noticeable from across the street.
