Trash heap, open bags spilling over sidewalk and onto street. Unacceptable. On Washington street sidewalk. Residents need to be aware of their responsibilities and cleanup essential for a safe and civil city. Please help. A visit from city official usually solves the problem and prevents future issues. Garbage can and trash on the street now for two weeks, bags are being broken into by animals.
The rear retaining wall of 705 w 13th Street is a hazard as it is soon to fall like the other piece of retaining wall that fell off. Please address this hazard that is seen every day by us dog walkers using the public ROW in the alley. That large piece of limestone could fall any second and land on something or someone and it is unfair that property owners are not held accountable for maintaining their property. This rental property was inspected recently, and even with hazardous sidewalks on property as well as hazardous retaining walls, it was approved as safe for being a rental. Nope. It is not safe.

Trash Truck 958 has a passenger side headlight out. I’ve reported city vehicles in the past, do drivers not do daily inspections of these vehicles? If not, this should be considered city wide. I see numerous city vehicles with lights out. Brake lights, headlights etc.
