Once again, I need to report excessive grass growth on the lot just west of my lot (105 E Sunny Slopes Dr, Bloomington). It is an area that doesn't appear to belong to anyone--it is the extension of what might have been planned for a street.

Called to report a rat infestation in Kensington/Hyde Park. She has 22 rat holes in her yard alone. Someone from MoCo Public Health came out recently, after Ms. Nephew called that department, and found rat holes on 8 properties across 3 streets, minimally. I suggestd that Ms. Nephew contact both Animal Control and HAND because there's an ongoing issue with her neighbor leaving out birdfeed, debris and composting materials that are likely feeding the rats. This location has trash all over the curb. It is loose trash. The sanitation guys says it looks like they took a can of trash and just dumped it. They said it is a mess.
