The problem is the vacant lot behind 1301 E. Maxwell Lane. The citizen stated the lot is overgrown with weeds/trees/shrubs. He had waited before calling in hoping the property owner would take care of the problem but they did not. He believes the property owner is the same as that of 1214 E. 1st Street.
