Same as always, trash outside the dumpster 2 box springs, over a week there. If I don't report they don't take these things away. THEY NEED TO ENCLOSE THE DUMPSTER
Incredible mismanagement at the Verve apartments has led to numerous issues however I’d like to report one I think you guys can deal with. The elevators in the building have not been inspected since it was built and if they were they have been negligent in displaying the new certificates because as of august 15 they are all expired.
I'm unsure of the proper office to contact; however, there is a vacant property at 610 N. Park Ridge Rd. in the Park Ridge East neighborhood. I believe the man who was living there died about 1 year ago. A tree had fallen on the house and after about a month or so, was removed. The house still has a hole in the roof with a tarp over it, a car in the driveway that is rusting, and is deteriorating overall. Another neighbor - probably the owner of the house at the end of the cul de sac of Wiltshire Court - has been parking 2 vehicles in the grass off the road of the vacant house. That same neighbor appears to have multiple vehicles parked in the cul de sac of Wiltshire Ct. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.
Trash bins with overflowing garbage plus bags of more garbage piled up all around sitting by street. Long-standing problem at this address.

A Dog Waste Station has tipped over onto a bicycle sidepath west of the Winslow Plaza parking lot.
Tenants are putting their trash in the alley and in the Neighbors yard and driveway
Trash bins sitting by the street.
Trash has been dumped in the ally behind this property and 1004 W 6th Street.
