Construction waste on front yard for a long time! Over 3 weeks. Please remove.
The residents "moved out" over month ago, and the trash outside of the property is still piled around the building. there was some effort to remove what is out front, but there still remains quite a bit around the sides and piled against the house out back. Also, although the grass was "cut" it was not cut well or low enough, it definitely needs cutting. This is a mosquito and tick haven. Please have something done about it. If fines have not already been assessed perhaps that would motivate the property owners.
Lot is overgrown so much that the house is disappearing. It has not been tended for over 3 years.
Lot is overgrown, piles of trash are in the driveway and a homeless person lives in his car on the driveway.
There is a large pile of trash at the home on the corner of 2nd and Rose that has been there for over a week. This seems to be a problem with a non-local owner perhaps? The house is across from the walking bridge between Rose and 2nd St. Thanks.
For mattresses and miscellaneous trash. Been there for months
Dumpster on east side of building is overflowing, trash is everywhere and blowing into several adjacent properties.
Rental house (too many renters) across the street from us facing Sare Road (right by Spicewood II sign) has a large sectional that has been sitting in driveway for a month. This is a nice neighborhood not accustomed to seeing debris sitting in driveways. There is also a large box truck that is continually parked on the grass. This is what happens when rentals are not inspected….the decks are falling off & the gutters are drooping…totally unacceptable. Thank you for checking on this situation. Please get back to me. Recycling bin sitting on sidewalk 24/7. Not clear which building it belongs to.
I recently purchased a house, but the easement property behind (Duke) has been a debris pit for somebody in the neighborhood. It seems to be mostly leaves on top, but there are also tires & chairs floating inside. The pile is starting to slide into my property. I am not sure what to do, since it is easement property. I would like to eventually put up a fence in the back, but the sliding debris pile would problem ruin any ability to do that. If this department cannot help with this situation, please direct me to a department that can. Rebecca Rice
