Email from complainant: Dear Inspector(s), I am the property owner of 135 N. Clark St., 47408, Joel J. Barker (son of Mary Jo and Jim Barker). My tenant has brought to my attention that the residents of 134 N Roosevelt St., 47408 are placing their junk/garbage (broken lawn furniture, trash bags, etc.) in the back of their property out of sight from the street. I would like to give you, the inspector permission to come onto our property at 135 N. Clark St., 47408 and take care of this violation. While the violation continues you, the inspector have my permission to come onto the property until the trash is removed. The property at 1413 W 11th St is unsafe and a detriment to the neighborhood. The owner has not been around since mid-July and the house is uninhabitable. There has been no work done on the house all summer. A window has been open this entire time. The yard is overgrown in front and back and there is a tremendous amount of trash in the back yard. The owner could not care less about his property. Please help!

This report is for the HAND. I recently attended a gathering at this house and witnessed four unrelated adults living in the rental. They told me the rent was $1,800/month. I responded to a bloomingtonrent.com ad and was told that the permit is for 3 but 4 of us could live there but only three could sign the lease. This Landlord needs some counseling from you guys.
