It’s was my understanding with the Malibu House and Jeff Jones that several houses on Chris lane had lost renting privileges . I still see the Malibu house is open and has renters . I thought all this ended June 1? Has something changed ?
Yard at the house has been overgrown for years. This has been going on for years. Looks great when students are moving in the neighborhood. Why can’t the city do something about it. Why does this person get special treatment? If so then just get rid of CITY CODE.
Illegal dumping happens often in the easement between the properties on South Westwood Drive and Village Court. The Village Court tenants or property owner nearly constantly use this area as their personal dumping ground. This mess is currently behind the property line of 420 and 430 S. Westwood Drive. Well I live at a 809 n Blair avenue and I have abrush problem behind my house that's pushing my fence down and my neighbors is all over grown and it's an easement so who's responsible for it the neighbor guy behind me says it's his and we can't cutt it down but all he dose is cutts his then piles it up against are fences making it lean more please come clean up the brush behind my house are give me permission to jump the fence and clean up the brush that's on an easement but needs to be cutt down my address is 809 north Blair avenue my neighbor had dead limbs hanging from her power lines as well thank you and please respond we need this stuff cut from r fences without fighting with the neighbor guy that thinks he owns an easement
This home has had a pile of scrap and debris sitting in its front yard for about two weeks. I also don't think that I ever saw an orange sign in a window, indicating that they have a permit for the construction going on there. Thank you.
