tenants at this house leave their trash out in the backyard for weeks at a time without trash cans. this has caused a rodent problem.

Harmony School's trash/recycling area is not screened. There is usually some trash/litter scattered. She would like someone to talk to the school about keeping it cleaned up. Also, wanders if this area has to be screened with a gate or not.
Trash is piled up on back porch -- they bag it then through it out the back door. The neighbors are starting to see mice and rats.
The address is not necessarily 425. The citizen stated that the house is on the East side of South Washington Street between Smith Avenue & 2nd Street. The lady who lives there has put out wood/debris with nails sticking out near the sidewalk. There are no stickers on it and he feels that it is a safety issue for pedestrians. He would like for someone to go out and look at the problem.
