Trash issue. The week before last's trash went out yesterday. Last week's trash is still out near the garage doors. These tenants need to request another large trash can from their landlord.

Old furniture, boxes and trash piled up on side of house causing pest control issues. Rats have been spotted coming from debris. This needs to be cleaned up or they need to be fined ASAP. This is absolutely ridiculous. This has been reported multiple times and noting is being done but yet my son gets a warning for not pulling trash can back from sidewalk. At least they are taking out their trash and putting it where it belongs.
