Big Limb has fallen from tree in front yard. Yard is a continual mess. Have not seen anyone in or out of house in years. Looks like a jungle in front and back yard. Terrible eyesore for neighborhood.

There is a buildup of trash on south walnut Street Pike next to the road.
There is a dumpster in the front yard of this residence and it's filled with trash for weeks. As a result the neighborhood reeks of trash consistently and the amount of raccoons are zoo like. My neighbors and I have been hiding indoors and closing our windows despite this beautiful weather because the trash has taken over all of our senses. I was wondering if anything can be done about this.

To whom it may concern: I need a wheel on my recycling cart repaired. I have called 812-349-3443 three times during office hours and got a message that no one is there to answer my call. I have had this done before and it was done well and expeditiously, I appreciate your help. When done inn the past, I was asked to leave the cart at my curbside on a particular day.
