Stephen was asking about the city's response to Malibou house as he is a resident of the street on which one of their houses is located and expressed that he is already dealing with the effects of slummy properties, and this is making it much more difficult to deal with. He complained about noise, traffic, and the overall parking nightmare that has become of his culdesac.

It’s was my understanding with the Malibu House and Jeff Jones that several houses on Chris lane had lost renting privileges . I still see the Malibu house is open and has renters . I thought all this ended June 1?

This individual has left wooden planks and other miscellaneous trash sitting outside for several months at a time instead of disposing of it properly. At times, the wind has blown trash into my yard. There is clearly some interior renovation happening inside, but the actual work is far and few between. In the weeks/months nothing is happening, this is what it looks like. During the summer months, weeks would pass before the grass was mowed. All in all, the property is not being maintained properly. The construction crew working on the house next door is throwing loose trash into our trash can, which I will have to dig out and put in a bag as all items in trash cans need to be bagged. These are the same individuals who moved our trash from from the street before it was picked up and blocked it with their car.

Lawn hasn't been mowed since sometime last year. In the back there's even a fallen tree that was never cleaned up. No leaf cleanup has been done for well over a year, so leaves blow onto other neighbors' lawns. A brush pile in the front by oak tree obstructs view from driveways. Poison ivy in multiple spots, which now appears in neighbors' yards. Also, have seen snakes and they also appear in neighbors' yards. Additionally, more ticks seem to be around than in years past. Many of us in the neighborhood have children and grandchildren, so this is disturbing, as well as being an eyesore and potentially negatively impacting home sale prices. Thank you.

Houses yard is excessively weed overgrown and unkempt. Weeds are causing issues bleeding into neighbors’ yards and spreading weeds to neighboring houses. It looks horrible and is a harbor for rats and other pests.

We have lived in our apartment for 4 years now we have been flooded 8 different times we have went to management and higher management about it and they have told us it’s not “wet” so we aren’t going to worry about it. The address I entered (1621 S Dorchester) is one in a series of condos that I mean to report for overgrowth (I believe they're managed by an HOA). I manage a property at 1803 E Thornton Dr. There is a ton of overgrowth coming from those condos on Dorchester that have grown over and through our back fence. I would like the HOA, or whoever is responsible, to clean it all out. Thank you for your help!
