This construction spoil pile has been there since 2017, when the new Tudor-style house was built on the 2nd Street side of the Jacobs property. Been there and grown. It's an eyesore and maybe an attractive nuisance. Spoil piles are supposed to be removed / cleaned up at project's end, I think. Some additional work has been done and may be ongoing at the two houses on the Ballantine side. Does that extend the spoil pile removal deadline into the future some time. Five years seems too long. Thanks.

Corner of Miller Drive and S Walnut has 3 signs. I could not see exactly what for, but one was for 'Music Lessons' by the Davis family; another one possibly for the City Church.
There is also a new 'Music Lessons' sign at the corner of CVS and the Bypass, but I think that is not your jurisdiction. The Davis family definitely is putting signs all over town again.
