An anonymous constituent called ESD and reported an issue with this property. There is constant construction/farm equipment being moved around in a way that has become troublesome as it seems a business is being run out of the property. The zoning for the land is PUD. Also, there is parking on unimproved surfaces and oil leakages. Thank you for looking into this.

913 W Graham Dr. Too many people living at this house. Loud, reckless neighbors. City buses run down Graham Dr and can barely squeeze between all the cars they have parked on the side of the road. Easily 10+ people living in one single family home. We are just requesting that authorities look in to if this is legal and perhaps ask if they can remove all the vehicles from in the road.

On Kingston Drive, across from the Mall entrance where the Bloomington Transit bus stop is, and also across from the Target parking lot (side of the building), near the pedestrian crossing from the Current parking garage to the Target parking lot, there are big stones that have fallen into the road, coming from the slanted side at the foot of the parking garage. It is right at the bend of the road, so, very hard for motorists to see. And what if one comes tumbling down while a car or cyclist is just passing there? There should be a fence to keep the boulders inside or a heavy net over them, in my opinion.
This pond scum was not present from 2019 until this year. Regency multi family purchased the land about 2 years ago. Concerned about lawn chemicals and fertilizers in this retention pond which feeds into creek along creekâs edge drive. A Beaver lives here in the past and a rare Duck. Sign attached to a road sign on E. Morningside Drive just off E. Third Street. "Hydrant Flushing This Area". I assume this might be related to the Greenway construction as a hydrant was moved I believe. No notification to any neighbors regarding hydrant flushing. This sign has been in place now FIVE weeks and without neighbor notification, it has lost all effectiveness. Has Utilities forgotten the sign was placed? Please let me know so I may inform the Park Ridge Neighborhood (Association) of the sign status? Thanks -

When turning out of E. Wilson St. onto S. Woodlawn Ave., it's nearly impossible to see oncoming traffic from the north because of a large yew bush close to the street. The bush is in the southeast corner of the lawn at the second house north of the intersection. It was difficult to see when the bush was small and has only gotten worse.
