The water coming out of my faucets is brown (and getting browner). I don’t know if this is a utilities issue or a water quality issue.

Does the city test Jackson Creek for giardia. Many people including small children play in the creek. My dog drank water from the creek and now has giardia. If it isn't tested it should be, it is a risk for children.
Rusty water has been coming through the pipes since September 30. We noticed it when we turn on the water
Leaves illegally dumped in city property. Sheridan Woods. This happens every year and I don’t know who is doing it the nearest neighbors claim they use lawn services to haul away their leaves.
Collecting and disposing of two plots’ worth of yard waste into easement — mounds toward the back of the address can be seen from street. Accumulation of leaves so great that water floods all adjacent yards after any amount of rain. Last year, at last, property owner paid for leaf removal that took 3 days for a team of 6 to clear tons of waste from his many years of accumulation. He warned all neighbors that he would not consider lawful disposal of leaves this year, instead chooses to fill the easement. Owner understands he is littering while flooding our yards. He also understands the accumulation is too deep and too huge to be considered composting. We are at a loss.
Multiple potholes in this stretch of Lincoln, ranging from the size of a tea plate to a dinner plate. Bikers in the bike lane have to enter the car lane to avoid them. The road is also covered in gravel and debris from construction on a nearby apartment.
Main poop pipe clean out busted and letting waste into yard and street. Happening for multiple days. Renter alerted.
Water is cloudy to the point it looks gray a the longer you let it run it just gets worse. Is there an issue an I'm not comfortable drinking or cooking with the quality of water
I don’t know if I am contacting the correct department. We walked by a retention pond and huge drainpipe on Buick-Cadillac Dr. A foul-smelling odor, smelling like potent bubblegum, grew in odor and started taking our breath away. I was reminded of a similar odor emanating from an Eli Lilly plant on the south side of Indianapolis. Should this water area in the midst of commercial activity be analyzed? We don’t wish to breathe in toxic fumes.
