Complaint of traffic light timing on W. 3rd St. between College Ave. and Rogers St. When busy, the timing of lights only allows very few cars to go at all due to backup caused by the alternating green/red of every other light. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about this issue.

Called to complain about bottles and cans in the trashcans that are tipped over and have been there for 6 months. Also residents of property are putting bottles and cans in shrubs. Address could possibly be 1202 Hunter, southwest corner of hunter and highland was the location given.
