Traffic pattern change at 3rd and Mitchell near campus makes turning west onto 3rd street very dangerous. To pull up far enough to see westbound traffic you are looking out the back windows of the car and can't actively be watching for pedestrians walking east. Also, when cars turn east onto 3rd from Mitchell it completely blocks the view of oncoming traffic for those wanting to turn west onto 3rd.
Anonymous resident complains of trash and excessive growth at this address. The resident also complains of "stuff" in the yard. When asked to clarify "stuff", the resident explained there are various objects to include: a grill that has not been used in awhile in the yard.
overgrown yard, has not been mowed recently

I would like to request a traffic speed study, or at least greater speed limit enforcement, for cars traveling on East Maxwell Lane between Rose Ave and Highland Ave. The posted speed limit is 25 mph, but it's a half-mile straight shot from High Street to Highland Ave, and cars regularly travel well above the speed limit past Maxwell Terrace Apartments and several homes with kids playing outside. Given that Maxwell Lane is a signed bike route that also has a blind hill, I hope something can be done to slow speeders and reduce the possibility of accidents in this area.
Vegetation is blocking half of the sidewalk in the 200 block of E 3rd. City u report 192895
Crosswalk needs a vertical sign to caution drivers to slow down and respect crosswalk. This is at Hunter and High St.
I live in the apartment building on the corner of 2nd and High street. The entrance to its parking lot is from High street, very close to the corner. Any time there's a car stopped at the light the entrance is blocked, and the light is delayed for those cars, so unless you are coming in from the south, you have to wait for those cars to go, blocking traffic behind you, or go around the block. Could it be possible to paint the sign in front of the parking lot entrance that cars should not stop there for the light, but a little further from the entrance, and should not block the entrance to the lot? Thank you for consideration!
