Please assess this intersection (Fairview and 13th) at the top of a slight hill with a stop sign. The massive honeysuckle bush on the east side of Fairview obstructs view of stop sign until you are right up to the stop sign. Additionally, when you are stopped at 13th st and looking east there are oftentimes vehicles parked in front of the residence and the view to the east is blocked. I don't know how the yellow painted curbs to prohibit parking near stop signs are determined but this intersection may need something to prevent vehicles from parking right up to the stop sign. Hello, there is a massive issue with drivers running red lights and stop signs in this city. I have marked a particularly bad intersection (Madison and 11th), however this issue is city-wide. The included intersection has a wall on the bridge that prevents vehicles from seeing around the corner to 11th street, which often means that people just roll right through the stop sign. I've been almost T-boned at this intersection multiple times, and I genuinely fear I may die there some day. I have already been hit once by someone ignoring traffic laws on Third Street, and have almost been hit on foot and in my vehicle countless times downtown. It has gotten to the point where I am afraid to travel around the city. There should be traffic cameras on the stop lights, and more aggressive fines to deter these people casually ignoring safety and traffic laws. I understand that it is hard to enforce stop signs, however I have witnessed (on multiple occasions) police patrol vehicles allowing people to run right through 4-way stops, and some even do it themselves. People are learning that there are absolutely no consequences for driving recklessly around the city, and it has gotten noticeably worse. Please, consider taking action about the extremely unsafe traffic situation in our city.

Several months ago a vehicle drove into and knocked down a light pole on the opposite corner. Due to that, there have been metal cables coiled up on the corner of 11th and Fairview. Now they have fallen into the right of way of the sidewalk. This is dangerous and I respectfully ask that it be fixed. Thank you.

Greetings. Could someone please cut back the vegetation at the southwest corner of where 11th st. intercepts Fairview. It has blocked visibility from both directions and is causing a safety issue. There is also signage that is being hidden. Thank you kindly! Addendom: I am a pedestrian not a motorist. It has become unsafe for pedestrians at an intersection that is already dangerous due to motorists speeding from three directions. Thank you.

In connection with uReport Case #178466, I now request that the intersection of Fairview and 13th Street be converted into a four way stop. If BPD is unable to enforce traffic laws due to staffing issues while there is an identifiable problem that causes citizens to fear for the safety of their body as well as their personal property, then there needs to be more constraints on the ability for people to get up to high speed on a residential street. Y'all ever going to clean up the overgrowth and trash all over this sidewalk? Can't barely see, and since there's a homeless camp right next to it which you all won't bother to clean up either, it's become dangerous to even use this sidewalk.

This vault installation is not working. Location: ROW of N Jackson St, just south of the SW corner of N Jackson and W 13th. Vault installer (per plaque on the vault): Hoosier Fiber Networks. First, the pea gravel is not a great choice for fill in the ROW. I am pretty sure this is supposed to be a vegetated tree plot. Second, the fill is eroding away, leaving deep holes in the ROW. Please make Hoosier Fiber Networks fix it. Thank you!
