The whole cul-de-sac needs to be cleaned up. Lots of trash around all units. Trash bins not removed on day of service. Cars parked in yards. Please cite residents and owners, this is a habitual problem.
Hello, this is in reference to #199395 that my wife submitted. it appears that they only had covered over less than half of the bad road. Our neighbors yard was also just run over the other day and somebody came back to put hay on it. Our curb also gets run over and has damaged our trees before. This is to ask if we could put some sort of guard rail or not a rail, but a guard pole to keep cars off of our properties. And to report the unfinished roadwork. Thanks for your time. At the intersection of 6th and Rogers, cars regularly block the entrance/exit to the Near West Side neighborhood when they move from the 4-way stop at 7th and Rogers to the intersection of Kirkwood and Rogers. I would suggest marking the 6th and Rogers intersection with a "Don't Block the Box" pavement marking. Something needs to be done to stop vehicles in both directions from blocking the intersection of 6th and Rogers.
Just after the overpass when headed north on Smith Road (toward 10th Street) there is a large pothole that takes up the entirety of the bike lane. That area had been closed off for several weeks to fix a hole created by the utility crew working on the power lines. However, it was not completely filled and the hole that was left cannot be biked over safely. The situation is now more dangerous than when the area was closed off, as there are no cones or tape to indicate to the cyclists and the drivers that the cyclist will need to enter the traffic lane to avoid wrecking over the pothole. As is, this serves a serious danger. Someone is either going to get hit by a car while trying to avoid the large hole the are not expecting, or hit it and fall into traffic.
Please add a deer- crossing sign at the sharp curve on Old State Road 37. Cars speeding down the hill may not know how frequently deer run deer are present.

There are multiple low-hanging trees on the south side of E Hagan Street that make the sidewalk difficult to pass. I believe these are city-maintained trees on the easement.
