I submitted Case #180206 on June 5, but Jo Strong mistakenly closed it on June 9, saying "no sidewalk at this location. I gave the location of the owner of the sidewalk, but the sidewalk is on the south side of their property, while their driveway is on the north side. The overgrown sidewalk is on Fields Drive. Jo Strong also said, "Is address correct?", but there was no way for me to respond. Please reopen this case. I attached a photo (although it isn't showing or acknowledged), but the situation has grown worse since I took this photo.

I just hope the demolition at the old hospital includes SPRAYING down the DUST with WATER every day!! My neighbors and I on West Wylie St. worry about this.

This house has all kinds of things outside that are NOT meant for outdoor use. A filing cabinet, for instance. This address has been reported multiple times and nothing gets done. Can you please tell them something other than, "Put a tarp over it"! How about mandating that they actually clean it up by a certain time frame. Never happens.

I live down the street from a construction site which is consistently incredibly noisy very early in the morning. I have reported this construction site for noise violations before, and the problem was, for a time, resolved. However, the problem has started again as they are once again beginning work early in the morning (around 5 a.m.) which, I am aware, is well before the time they are supposed to start even staging for their operations. I am an IU grad student and I need to be able to rest. I am aware that my neighborhood is in a rather defunct part of town, but people still live here and need to be able to function as normal. There is a construction sign that was left in our yard from some work that was being done in the neighborhood awhile ago. I think it had to do with laying fiber, but I'm not sure. Can this sign be picked up?

Received a complaint from Julia Tobin at 4307 E. Bill Mallory Blvd regarding a 6" hole near the neighborhood mailboxes at the end of her driveway. It appears to be a location for fiber optics(?). She called AT&T but they said it was the city's issue. She's concerned that this hole could cause an injury. Who needs to be contacted to take care of this hole? Her ph# 812-345-3399. A resident on the south side of Pine Meadows Drive asked me if there was anything that could be done about the brightness of the lights at the intersection of Rockport and Country Club. He said the light was really bright in his backyard, and that it was frustrating. I couldn't think of who to reach out to, but I was wondering if there was any way something could be added to shield the extra light that is apparently beaming into his backyard? I know lighting the intersection is important, but hopefully there is a way to light the intersection without lighting up his backyard. Thanks!

Last few weeks we had the people laying fiber lines in our neighborhood. A few weeks ago when we had a lot of rain they had their utility sign in the tree plot near our dive way. Which caused this huge hole were the sign was. My picture really doesn't due this huge whole justice but here's a picture. It's on the left side of my drive if you are looking from the street. Is this something that they could come back and fix? I would appreciate it. Thanks

There is a hydrant with a big mound of dirt adjacent to it and snow fencing surrounding it completely. This is at 9th and Fairview. This seems like a hazard. It looks to be part of the city’s fiber project
