Since Roger Street is closed, all people who live off of high Street have to take high Street up to Morse Pike/Hillside. With these signs now up on both sides, it is down to one lane for no reason. There's no reason to have the northbound traffic on high Street blocked.

The tulip poplar planted along the S High St recreational path last autumn is showing no signs of life this spring. All of the other tulip poplars in the area are now fully leafed out. This is the last tree in the row that includes the yellowwoods north of Wimbleton St. Would love for it to be replaced this year. Thanks.
One of the new street trees planted by the city after the completion of the new north extension of the Jackson Creek Trail last fall has unfortunately died, and should be replaced. It is sending up suckers at the base, but I don’t think a large shrubby plant is what was intended. Tree is near the property line of the house on High and the house on the corner facing Wimbleton. Having the entrance/exit to Steak n Shake be a single lane is bananas. I was pulling in today while another car was pulling out. I was waiting to turn in. As the other car pulled out, the car behind be went around me and almost hit the car pulling out. Employees reported it had been a mess. If there is an accident there, the city will be surely be partially at fault. Plus the damage it's doing to a business.
Stones from the wall along the sidewalk keep falling into the sidewalk. These are large stones and create a tripping hazard, especially for someone with impaired vision or during low light conditions. The landlord does nothing to address the problem which has been going on for a long time and is getting worse. Passers-by sometimes try to get the stones out of the way, but they keep falling back onto the sidewalk.
Hi, There's a couple of large road cuts at the intersection of Lincoln and 6th St. If the city is not planning on filling these any time soon could we at least get the sharp edges softened? Sometimes I've seen this done and it makes road cuts much easier to drive over without damaging your tires. Thanks, Vickie Nelson Bloomington
The traffic lights on 3rd street between college and grant seem to be off where they are not properly coordinating together. Every morning between 6:30-7:00 I have had difficulty because I will be at a red light with all lights ahead green. Then I get to the next red light and all lights ahead are green. So basically I have to stop and wait at each red light to get down 3rd street. This was not a problem before, mostly just in the past 1-2 weeks.
This 4th street corridor path has weed growing up through the path along the western end. It sure would be good if it was regularly maintained and kept free of vegetation.
Line of sight is blocked on the SW corner of 4th and Bryan.
