Sidewalk on west side, south of Third Street is overgrown and badly needs attention, both curb and verge. Creepy and unpleasant to walk on, and this is a major NW/SE route for bikes and peds. Thank you.

Just wanted to take the time to think you fine folks for waiting to close down Rogers Street by centerstone till after the college kids came back now you have traffic from Walnut Street all the way past the liquor store on 2nd Street by 45 minute trip from there to Kroger's. Where Sowder Square meets Allendale Drive in Sherwood Oaks you cannot see traffic coming from the right. Almost everyone on Sowder Square has accidentally pulled out in front of traffic because they can't see traffic coming. The large bush needs to be removed before there is an accident and somebody gets hurt. Can you please take a look at this issue for the residents on Sowder Square. Thank you!

2900 S. Spicewood Lane @ E. Rogers Road: stop sign blocked by tree branches which also hang into the roadway and sidewalk row. tree is in tree plot at corner & prevents adequate clearance and visibility pulling out onto E Rogers Road at busy intersection.

We have 3 properties 1601 S Walnut, 1705 S Walnut, and 1701 S Walnut have all had recurring drainage and piping issues ever since AEG drilled into the street not too long ago. I would like to know if there is someone I can speak too over the phone regarding these issues, we are constantly getting tenant complaints even after we address these issues which makes me, and others, believe there is a larger issue going on. Please direct me in the best way to get this resolved ASAP.
