The construction contractor has placed the Road Closed barricades in two of the three lanes on High St. at the Hillside intersection. This is impeding the flow of traffic and is going to cause an accident. Once three cars fill the left turn lane, High St. is effectively blocked to North/South travel. There is now only more traffic going North on High St. with the roundabout closure. Please have the barricades removed or placed to the sides of the road. If someone cannot read the road closure signage properly, they will have to pay the price once they reach the closed roundabout.

With Rogers closed off everyone who lives off High street has to go up to use Moores Pike. The Road Closed sign on south High Street is too close to the light. If just one car on northbound high street is in the left hand turn lane, no cars can access southbound high street. Sign needs to be moved back significantly or need to deaignate left hand turn lane for southbound traffic. Thank you.

Since Roger Street is closed, all people who live off of high Street have to take high Street up to Morse Pike/Hillside. With these signs now up on both sides, it is down to one lane for no reason. There's no reason to have the northbound traffic on high Street blocked.

Blocking this east-west corridor all summer is a disaster. Consider there are people in this town who DRIVE EAST WEST. This has diverted traffic to hillside and last evening the traffic on hillside going west was backed up from the light at high street through the roundabout near renwick. This was causing drivers to divert into the neighborhood north of there, flying through at high speeds. Open up our roads again, stop making driving impossible in Bloomington with all these sidewalks, bikepaths, street narrowing curbs that NOBODY uses. NOBODY. Put a plan into place to improve EAST WEST traffic. This is ruining the town.

I discovered that AEG had drilled through my sewer tile after calling plumbers several times to fix sewer blockages. On April 9, 2024, I contacted Eddie Helmondollar and his supervisor Dave Craig (cc:ed above) with pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice I paid to the plumbing company ($2250). Dave says that he has repeatedly contacted Accounts Payable to check on the status of my claim. But despite my regular requests for help, I have not received any assurance the claim is being processed or when to expect the reimbursement. It is now July—3 months since I alerted AEG to the problem. Please assist me with this request. Thank you for any help you can provide. Leaving an oversized vehicle and stacks of lumber blocking half of the street is unsafe for vehicles and pedestrians in this neighborhood. Lumber and steel are also blocking a sidewalk, but I was only able to attach one picture. There are vacant lots available to store construction materials which would not be a hazard to residents and visitors.

It is difficult to see onto Walnut St Pk from Allendale, to see if it is safe to turn onto Walnut St Pk. Driver must pull very far forward in order to see if there is incoming traffic. Additionally, many people speed on Walnut Street Pike, making it more dangerous to pull out.
