I work in the office at mccsc transportation. Bus drivers are asking if trees/bushes can be trimmed at the railroad tracks just past W 10th St on N Adams St to help with their visibility. They're not able to see clearly when stopping there. Thank you for your help.
School bus drivers are saying there is a tree beside 1339 S Lismore that blocks their line of view trying to get out onto 17th St. They said there is no visibility whatsoever looking left. Can this be trimmed down, please? Thank you
On W Baywood DR from S Hedgewood Dr to W Whitestone St, this small area a few trees need trimmed for school bus driver, please & thank you.

Low hanging tree branch behind stop sign at entrance to North high school. Possibly on property owners land at 3821 N Kinser Pike.
The construction road closure on Rogers from Patterson to Switchyard Park is horrendous. Someone needs to go help the people setting it up. Heading north on Rogers from Rockport, there's no road closure sign, just road construction, one lane road, and flagger signs. Then at 1pm on 10/7/2025 I got to a one lane road with no flagger. Oncoming traffic in my lane. Then at Rogers and Patterson, the entire lane of southbound Rogers is blocked by a road closed sign and people needing local access are driving into northbound lanes of traffic to go south. And North of Patterson on Rogers the south bound lane is 50-75% blocked by a road closed sign before you even get to the fully open interesting so people are forced to cross left of the center double yellow line into oncoming traffic. This is very dangerous in every way. Go check it out. The contractor clearly is not going a good job at all.
On Rogers St South of Patterson, the obstruction was on the north bound lane without warning or chaperone. The flagger was stationed at the first roadside flag, the second was behind him amidst the construction area, there was not a third sign as required by law. This scene is after I parked, I got out to record the issue though there were finally people from the site moving the barricade. I have video that offers more information but this scene was incredibly dangerous.
Tree needing trimmed right before 1001 E Azalea Ln please
The North/South alley between 810 W. 7th and 804 W. 7th is being encroached upon by gardens, woodpiles, trees/vegetation and possibly the fence and cinder block garage owned by 810 W 7th St. As a result, the alley traffic is being diverted outside of the alley right of way and onto the private property located at 804 W. 7th. This appears to have been going on for a number of years. As the new owner of 804 W. 7th St., it is my full intention to re-claim the property/property line currently being encroached upon and proceed with renovations. I request that the Street Dept contact the owner of 810 W. 7th and order the encroachments be removed. With the assistance of a surveyor, I have located the NW and SW corner pins delineating the right of way and pounded new T posts just outside of the right of way in those spots and plan to post the entire property line once the encroachments are removed. Were I to reclaim the property line today, the alley would become impassible due to said encroachments. I request your assistance in remedying this situation in a civil and legal manner, as requests to the homeowner of 810 W.7th have fallen upon deaf ears. I request that you keep me in the loop regarding this issue. I would be happy to meet with a representative of the street dept, with survey in hand, to assist in clarifying and remedying this issue, as renovations of 804 W. 7th will begin in a few weeks. Thank you for your attention in this manner, Sincerely, Rick Laux Goldfinch Properties LLC Van Zile LLC 812/606-8332 vanzilellc@hotmail.com
