Pothole is about 9 inches deep directly across from the new apartment development Union on Crescent. I hit it in my car Monday night, 7:00 pm, and it damaged my car's front right wheel. There is no street light and it is totally invisible at night. This is a high traffic area and in taking this picture I witnessed several vehicles hit the pothole very hard. The apartment development has had a lot of heavy trucks over the past 6 months. They should be liable for the surrounding roads.

111? E. Kirkwood: Some sort of restaurant runoff (floor cleaning water?) is dumped from behind Opi Taylor's/Malibu. This goes on year round, but creates a sheet of ice in the winter (as it is today). The water runs/ices in front of an empty lot, so no one deals with the sidewalk. It's approx. 111? E. Kirkwood, just past the alley behind Book Corner, just at the start of the parking lot next to CVS. I originally reported this in 2017, I guess before it was cold. ureport#161324 and I was told it was runoff from an AC unit, which I think we can be sure is not the case in today's weather. I'm a daily walker from the near westside to campus. This is an ongoing problem. I really would like someone to just take some responsibility for either the initial liquid or the ice that results. I own and live in a property at 118 N. Jackson St. The alley that runs directly by our home (runs parallel between Kirkwood and 6th Street) has become extremely overgrown in the last two years. It's often a dumping ground for clothes, junk and drugs (yes, I have photos of various people hiding items in the brush for others to retrieve). Heretofore, my girlfriend and I are the only people picking things up when clothes and junk are dumped in the alley. I would love a city clean up of brush, limbs, overgrowth and trash and feel like a better looking alley would not lend itself to discarded items so often. I've included one photo from my kitchen window of one (of several) instances in which a seemingly homeless man was hiding/exchanging items in the brush for (what i assume must be) other individuals to find. I of course realize this alley is never going to get a garden award but do believe shaping it up and removing much of the brush would help this situation greatly.

Would it be possible to have some kind of guardrail installed on the edge of the road where the drainage creek crosses under the road in Crestmont Park - hopefully before winter? Since the road is already two narrow for two cars (which is a whole separate issue,) it would be helpful to have a safety measure in place to stop a car from driving or sliding off into the creek.

When driving south on Nancy St, at the intersection with Hillside, it is difficult to see oncoming traffic because of overgrown vegetation. To the left it is hard to see cars. To the right it is hard to see peds and bikes on sidewalk. BTW when I sent a note in last year, you fixed it right away. Thanks for doing that!

Weeds overhanging sidewalk on SW and SE corners of property, but it's not clear if plants belong to this property or the neighboring ones.

On the north side of Winslow, then up Henderson the overhang from trees impairs mobility whether walking, biking, assisted mobility, strollers. The same is true on the east side of Sare Rd north of Rogers (the Rogers that runs east and west) and Hillside. Sidewalks have to be walked around because of all the overgrowth. I'm sure there are lots of other places in town but these are where I have been recently.
