As we drive north on Dunn Street (within the Blue Ridge neighborhood), our car is often scraped and scratched by vegetation growing alongside the road. Would it be possible to trim those branches so that cars can avoid being scraped without needing to move into the middle of the road?

Workers installing optic fiber cable in the neighborhood have left tools, trash, and a 15-20 foot pipe in our yard. We picked scattered stuff up but can't do anything with the tubing and pipe.

Overgrown trees block stop sign on Kenwood and make it impossible for cars turning left onto Kenwood from Dunn Street to see traffic on Kenwood. Also overgrown trees along Dunn force people to walk in the street - combined with need to pull very far forward on Kenwood to see traffic this has led to 3 close calls (car+car; car+car; car+pedestrian). I thought I submitted in close call but never got uReport number. Perhaps my error or wrong category. Please help prevent accident & take action now that you are aware of the issue. Thank you.

This box (from AT&T) has been hanging over the easement of our property for over 6 months now. AT&T was notified in February, came out and said they'd get to it during a "down time". Nothing has happened on it yet. I don't know what I can do as a homeowner since it is in the easement, is there a number we could call that you might have or is there any assistance you could offer us? Thank you for your help! After the city did digging to put in the new internet system, we have a hole on our property that needs to be repaired.

The new fiber optic box in the Ramble Road W tree plot has two bolts that are on the lid but, not installed. Hopefully, someone will be back around to insert them.

this washed out patch is a fairly serious safety issue for cars and pedestrians. Due to recent work on a sidewalk on Clover Lane, orange traffic cones were available, and were placed at the site of the hole to reduce the risk of an accident. City personnel came to see the issue, and took away the traffic cones, thereby increasing the risk of an accident. City personnel informed me that the hole would be repaired "soon" by the fiber optics installation contractor. While I understand that this sort of thing takes some time to coordinate and complete, the removal of the orange cone and the lack of a repair, is creating a safety risk for cars and pedestrians in the area. thanks, kelly
