Dear Government, I have been living here for about 13 years, and in this time it has become clear to me that there is a problem at the intersection between Rusgan Drive and Ramble Road West. You see this intersection has been my bus stop for years, and whether it's the dark of morning when I leave or daylight when I get back people speed right by as if there were no speed limit. This is only made worse by the fact that the intersection is half blind because it lies at the bottom of a small hill. So for the well being of myself and the children of the neighborhood I am requesting that this intersection be changed to a three way stop. I believe this would force the people of the neighborhood to drive at a more reasonable speed and therefore make my street much safer. I believe my neighbor across the street, the father of a small child, previously wrote the city requesting the same thing. I myself am just a teenager. So you know that once the problem has reached the point where a teenager takes time where they could have been doing nothing to write the city about traffic regulation, it's probably not just nothing. And considering others have written about this in the past, I frankly find it foolish to wait until someone actually gets hurt to take action. Thank you for your time and consideration, P.S. This box (from AT&T) has been hanging over the easement of our property for over 6 months now. AT&T was notified in February, came out and said they'd get to it during a "down time". Nothing has happened on it yet. I don't know what I can do as a homeowner since it is in the easement, is there a number we could call that you might have or is there any assistance you could offer us? Thank you for your help! There is a Trump/Pence sign on the city easement at the corner of Ramble Road East and Lakewood Avenue. If I understand the ordinance correctly, it does not have a right to be there.

As we drive north on Dunn Street (within the Blue Ridge neighborhood), our car is often scraped and scratched by vegetation growing alongside the road. Would it be possible to trim those branches so that cars can avoid being scraped without needing to move into the middle of the road?

Workers installing optic fiber cable in the neighborhood have left tools, trash, and a 15-20 foot pipe in our yard. We picked scattered stuff up but can't do anything with the tubing and pipe.

The new fiber optic box in the Ramble Road W tree plot has two bolts that are on the lid but, not installed. Hopefully, someone will be back around to insert them.
