After a storm 2 months ago, neighbor has yet to clean up all the tree debris. We constantly have to move the branches/trees back on to the yard because it moves into our street where we cannot drive.
Property is a shameful site for our community and visitors. There's Trash, probably used needles, mattresses, and an awful infestation of rats. This is an issue that has been ongoing and needs the city's intervention now. Please address this. I'm ashamed to have visors to my hometown.

There are several swimming pools that are not being maintained down village court. They are green and a breeding ground for mosquitos. Some can be seen from the road, others can not. Please send notice to tenants and landlords to clean this area up. There is trash everywhere!

This tent has been blowing around and junking up the yard for over a week. Looks horrible and with the wind it could be dangerous.

Illegal dumping happens often in the easement between the properties on South Westwood Drive and Village Court. The Village Court tenants or property owner nearly constantly use this area as their personal dumping ground. This mess is currently behind the property line of 420 and 430 S. Westwood Drive. 1000 E. Chris Lane is a rental house belonging to Pendragon Properties. Tim Brown was the resident but has left and abandoned several items on the property that need to be removed. Also a red Cadillac--AJT765 belongs to him. There might be a black cat that he left who stays under the house.
