There is a detour sign in the middle of the sidewalk at the NE corner of Walnut and Second. It creates an obstacle for people with disabilities. Please tell your employees and contractors not to obstruct sidewalks. It happens a lot.
This photo shows a parking spot designated for ramp van vehicles that has been used as a place to pile snow, making it impossible for vans to park there. This is on the upper level of parking for College Mall.

7th St has alternate street side parking. With the recent snowfall, cars on the parked side were boxed in, and snow on the no parking side was pushed onto previously cleared sidewalk, according to my renter. That mean it is full of ice clumps, making it impossible for she or me to remove. Can the city actually remove some of the snow for us - we know the first effort was to clear streets, but it impossible lift for a senior to clear twice the height of packed road snow on the sidewalk.
There is a white car parked here that was towed in. It does not run and has a flat tire. The wrecker backed it in. It needs to be moved as I'm disabled and my home health people can't park there. Because of this I have to walk thru snow to get to a vehicle. Please move it.
Snow was shoveled into the disability parking space and it is also blocking the accessible path of travel curb cut to get from the parking space to the sidewalk. Attention Michael Shermis
Downtown Bloomington transit station bathroom does not have ADA compliant toilet paper dispenser. It's too far away from toilet. And accessible entrance automatic doors on outside of the building are not working.
Cafe Thistle has a flag that is blocking the sidewalk. It would be disorienting for a blind person to run into.
