resident phoned mayor's office on 8/10/10 to complain we were not taking/did not take her trash due to her being poor. Shelby spoke with Diane Daily on 8/10/10 after resident phoned her and let her know that we'd be back this morning, 8/11/10, to retrieve the trash. Shelby phoned me to verify he was indeed @ correct address and lot #; he was and there was nothing setting out for pick up. Shelby took a photo of home for proof of this. Mr. Spieth, (of 1811 Hyde Park Cir.) contacted the Public Works Office to report that the house directly to the west of him (1807 Hyde Prak Cir., Owners are Duemler, Terry & Theresa) have been dumping large amouts of limbs, yardwaste etc. in the green space around the Mayfair Subd.(which is right by his house.) for a number of years. He would like this looked in to, he is leaving town for 2 weeks on 3/15/2003.

Received memorandum via fax from Monroe County Attorneys Office re abandoned vehicles on 1813 W. Gray St. and on neighboring lots. Mr. Siedl reported that a person named Wayne Moore (the son of a neighboring property owner) was responsible for placing abandoned vehicles on his property and other lots. SEE ATTACHED FAX

Caller reports at least six people living in an unsafe structure BEHIND the Big Red Liquors South store. Caller said that the structure is for sale, and is actually the old office to the Stone Mill which no longer exists. Caller reports that there is trash everywhere, underage drinking, and broken glass everywhere. Also reported that someone has pulled an old RV in the same area, and people are living in it too.

Rec'd. a call from Mayor's Office. An anonymous caller stated to them that she was driving behind a yellow vehicle (611) when a piece of wood fell off. The driver did not stop to pick up wood - continued driving. Caller felt this was careless and wants to be sure all materials in back of trucks are tied down or secured in the future.
