Tenants park are parked in the front of the house blocking the public sidewalk. on 11/16/98 at 11:15 pm complaintant almost hit a jogger because he went out in the street to get around the cars parked on the sidewalk. Complaintant has talked with tenant about problem before, but it continues. He also questions the number of tenants here.

DUAL COMPLAINT: 1ST THERE IS GLASS ALL OVER THE SIDEWALK. 2ND THE DUMPSTER HAS BEEN MOVED SO THAT IT IS ALMOST ON THE SIDEWALK AND IT HAS GRAFITTI ON IT. DOESN'T THIS DUMPSTER NEED TO BE ENCLOSED AND IS THE LOCATION APPROPRIATE? PLEASE ADVISE HIM ON THE DUMPSTER ISSUE.
