2007 E Second this morning at 11 am. 2 hours later one of the scooters had been blown over and was half in the street. Traffic had to stop to let oncoming cars pass, because the road is very narrow here. I complained about scooters parked like this in the same spot a week ago. Don't those BIRD people learn from their mistakes?! This sidewalk is used by kids walking to 3 schools. A parent walking hand in hand with a child cannot pass here.

Corner of 11th and Maple someone is running a auto parts business out of an apartment. Name is written on the doors and window. Sidewalk has had engines on it all week blocking the entire sidewalk.

Water pools on NE corner of 11th/Lincoln intersection (formerly a sidewalk) and freezes. This is dangerous. Water pools at same location in summer and causes swampy conditions.
