Web Form: 2007 E Second this morning at 11 am. 2 hours later one of the scooters had been blown over and was half in the street. Traffic had to stop to let oncoming cars pass, because the road is very narrow here. I complained about scooters parked like this in the same spot a week ago. Don't those BIRD people learn from their mistakes?! This sidewalk is used by kids walking to 3 schools. A parent walking hand in hand with a child cannot pass here.
