This area has been historically graveled, and would be ok to park on. In subsequent visits, there did not appear to be parking outside of the graveled area. It is hard to tell from the sidewalk/alley that there is gravel, though, and has been for quite a while.

Based on historical aerials/what inspectors can see from the public right-of-way, this area is graveled. Will follow up to look from the alley and see if cars are parked on the lawn.
