Utilities workers were out doing work last year and the hole they dug to work on utilities was never filled in. She reported the hole last year, but it was not resolved. The hole is in the median between the street and the sidewalk. It appears like it is has started collapsing.

The issue is a fire hydrant on 4319 Cricket Knoll Dr. in Gentry Estates. While it doesn't really look like it sticks out that much from the sidewalk (you'll see by the attached photos) as there is a cutout. But if you're blind and your can sway your cane under it and you're moving over to avoid the tree branch, then you can actually not know it's there. The complainant has hit it with the side of his leg three times and has fallen to the sidewalk.
Two sinkholes have formed, one at the corner of Claybridge Dr and Sare Rd, the other about 30 ft up the sidewalk on Claybridge, after recent neighborhood groundwork that had been done by the contractor for Bloomington Gigabit Now Fiber project.
