VERY disappointed in the new sidewalk curbs at 4th and Indiana. The curbs are to high for handicap individuals trying to correct they have made a mess of the new sidewalk areas. One sidewalk has been chipped significantly trying to correct. Very poor job.

There is a hydrant with a big mound of dirt adjacent to it and snow fencing surrounding it completely. This is at 9th and Fairview. This seems like a hazard. It looks to be part of the city’s fiber project
