the trash and recycling receptacles have been on the sidewalk for 5 days. The yard is full of trash. There is pool that is full of standing water that has been there for about a month. There is busted indoor furniture in the yard. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure I saw a rat near the foundation yesterday.
Resident at 4445 E. Moores Pike called to report neighbor's yard waste that piles up next to her property. It's a small pile of brush right now, but in the past has been very large and attracting wasp nests, etc. Neighbor places yard waste next to the old water pump station.
Allison Oeding, the property owner of 4445 East Moores Pike called Wednesday, March 22nd around 3:40pm to complain about a reoccuring problem that she has been having over the past year. Her property is adjacent to the old water pump station. At this water pump station it seems as though people have been placing sticks and leaves along the side of it. On two seperate occasions during this last year, she has had to clean up this area because it has been attracting things such as wasp nests. A cooler full of trash and stagnant water has been sitting in front of this house for several months now. It’s mosquito breeding time… I think this is a rental property.

Emergency vehicle personnel said inside of trailer is filthy -- trash, garbage, liquor bottles, windows boarded up. Water shut off since April 27, 2004. Hospital personnel reported problem.
Possible unregistered rental. Caller says someone lives here but his parents own the trailer. Windows boarded up, no water, holes in floor. I advised her that this may not meet the threshold of an unsafe structure and was not necessarily a rental.

More than one person is sick with bronchitis in multiple units in the building. The doctor states that bronchitis can be caused by materials that pollute indoor air. I know that we all share one furnace where one unit has control over the temperature of all six apartments in the building. There was questionable contaminated water that was sitting in a unit for the month that the residents were getting sick; it was plunged down the drained Monday 11/7. Though the water is not there anymore, the health and safety of the ventilation & air quality is still in question. I also cannot open the windows easily to the whole apartment to let fresh air in (is that a fire hazard?)
