Hey there, Do you want some help removing this bad review from Jenni E on Frank Southern Center/Ice Arena’s Yelp Page? By reading this review I can tell that this isn’t your fault. Here’s the review I mentioned: My family went to go ice skating here. The ice was really rough; and hard for amateur skaters; and most of us were first-time ice skaters. When they want you to get off the ice; they blare the loudest horn. It's the hockey goal horn; but it is completely unexpected. It startled the crap out of us; and two of us fell down; and our youngest sister fell forward and dislocated her knee; so the last thing we did in the night was help her out of the facility. How about; I don't know; turning off the music when you want people to leave? Or just telling us! Or anything that doesn't scare people and cause injuries. It was a shitty way to end the night; and if you want people to get off the ice do so without risking a lawsuit. Will probably not ice skate again; anywhere. I've been trying to email griffy.boathouse@bloomington.in.gov to do boat rentals but every time I send an email it gets bounced back with the message. "We're writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (griffy.boathouse) may not exist, or you may not have permission to post messages to the group. I understand hands being tied with the homeless population but I find it very unnerving and scary that the tent campers next to transit are standing at the fence of the parking lot and peeing while the employees of transit are present and across the street where there is a park which could have children present…..I’m so upset that this is allowed to continue and I can’t walk into the office without being exposed to some random man

The city uses facebook to announce news that it does not post on its website e.g. letter of intent with Meridian. I don't have a facebook account. Why is the city of Bloomington (indirectly) subsidizing and promoting Facebook by putting information on Facebook that it does not provide on it public website.

I have been trying to obtain a copy of my police report. The process in order to do so is unreasonable for adults with full time employment. The office hours hours in order sign the paper to get my case report are typically unobtainable with my work hours and commute. Especially with everything related to COVID-19, there should be an option to submit the form online and make the request digitally. However, I would also like to mention that I am thankful for the work that the police department does to keep the community safe.

WILD BIRDS HAVE ENTERED EXHAUST VENTING AND ATTACKING HOUSE DAILY!
