very beligerent resident. tried explaining program to her; wanted none of it from me. she had no tags on trash; stated that they took neighbors trash but left tags. stated she was a new resident and had no idea @ tags. i told her our hours of operation and that the website has the information on their. she wanted none of that. shelby went and checked and the tags WERE taken. courtesy p.u. will be done on 7/18 unless Diane from mayor's office asks us to do it sooner. leigh anna

exceeds 35 gal, 40 lbs. Did not turn over to HAND today (10/1) due to being out of office on 9/30 and cans being removed from porch already by resident. Will be turning over to HAND on 10/6 if still has o.s./o.w. cans.

resident phoned mayor's office on 8/10/10 to complain we were not taking/did not take her trash due to her being poor. Shelby spoke with Diane Daily on 8/10/10 after resident phoned her and let her know that we'd be back this morning, 8/11/10, to retrieve the trash. Shelby phoned me to verify he was indeed @ correct address and lot #; he was and there was nothing setting out for pick up. Shelby took a photo of home for proof of this. Recycable items not properly sorted. this was their second notice. 946 did not take, it was a mess this was their 2nd notice. Tuesday at 3:04pm resident called Diane in Mayor's office talked bad to her, yelled etc.. said we missed her recycle. Diane left us the message for Wed. so we could take care of. I called res. she was VERY nice to me, I told her some one would be there today. 947 actually went back and picked it up, it was a mess, but he took it, and he wrote them up again.

Recycable items not properly sorted. Courtesy Pick up. Please see write up entered January 5,2011. We had 947 go and pick it up as a courtesy, after she had called the Mayor's Office. This is the 3rd time resident has been written up since December 21,2010.

Property is unsafe. Front door is ajar, windows in rear are open, dettached structure in rear is structurally unsafe, SW corner support post has deteriorated causing structure to lean out of square, roof at the peak is open, windows are broken out, etc. In-ground pool is failing and deteriorated, rodent problem.

Resident called in stating recycle was not picked up. Mike Courter went out and picked up. Courter reported that there were two write-ups on the recycling (neither of which had been brought in the office for me to enter) for the items not being properly sorted. Prior to sending someone to a missout at this residence again, check with 939 to make sure they have brought in their tickets for this days route.

After moderate to heavy rain, our storm sewer does not drain properly. Front yard and driveway are flooded regularly. Some drainage work has been done in our neighborhood by the city, but not on Post Rd.
