K-Mart East sidewalk on Clarizz Dr. is full of snow all the time. Complaintant has spoken with K-Mart who told her to call their corp. office in New York that it was up to them. She said this is a continual problem. Call complaintant with info.
5 BOXES STACKED IN SIDE OF EACH OTHER HAVE BEEN DUMPED IN FRONT OF 3212 SOUTHERN OAKS DR. THE BOXES HAVE AND ADDRESS ON THEM AND KATHY WANTS THEM GONE TODAY AND THE HAND OFFICE TO CONTACT THE PERSON WHO IS DUMPING THE BOXES.

I need to report a tenant who is living at a storage facility by renting out an office space and is also using it for vehicle storage with multiple trucks being stored out in the driveways. This is causing a concern and an issue. This has been informed to the landlord and still continues.
This entire length of Covenanter (Kroger to Clarizz) has several severe potholes. Some are new since this winter but a large one near the Covenanter Hill office (3101) has been there a while and is particularly bad.
Hello, I am re-developing the property @ 3000 South Walnut. The location is where the former Southern Winds Hotel and Roosters club were located. The property at the beginning a workout facility and a chiropractors office. AS you pull out from the property and are going to turn left (North) and cross traffic, there are two trees located to the north on the side of the road. When cars are coming South and I am turning to the North, it is difficult to see whats coming and that is where the speed limit changes from 30 to 40mph, which is the place many seems to start speeding up. We will have more traffic than ever entering and leaving the property right from the beginning and even more as the property continues to be redeveloped overtime after the initial building and business's are active. A stop light right around there of course would be superb for the property but probably could never happen due to the traffic that occur that comes over the hill when people are traveling South down South Walnut. With that in mind I was hoping the two large trees could be taken down so it is much safer at that point because of the visibility that would open up. One tree is directly in from of the property and the other is directly in front on an older apartment complex that has around 10 apartments in it, it looks like. Would this be possible? Or maybe we could plant a couple new tress which would be much smaller and take several years to grow out? Of course that problem would show up again several years from now but it would take care of it presently for sevevral years. I am just worried about such a great new area being redeveloped for the area and future to have potential traffic issues with people being able to see when pulling out of the property. Mr. Brown contacted the Public Works office on 3/22/04 to express his concern to the Telecommunications Council regarding his cable bill going from $41.45 to 44.75 with out an explanation. Mr. Brown stated that if Insight had competition then an increase would not be issued with out an explanation.
Ms Burnham left a VM for me on Aug 24, 2015 but I was out of the office. She said they have some drainage issues with in the yard and is related to a little drainage ditch that runs at the end of the lots.
Owner Helms called their office. They had plans to clean it up. The back of this property front lake area, weeds a prlblem trees have fallen, into lake mucking it up. Would like to see this cleaned up. Complaintant would like notice of our follow up action. Please call her.
Recently there were workers that were putting some kind of wires underground. Now we have several street lights out. Three of them are ours but one is a city light post by the city bus line sign. I'm not sure if this was caused by the workers.
