This area needs a street drain. Every time it rains water pools at this corner making it difficult for people walking down the sidewalk to cross the street. During the winter, this turns into a block of ice making it very dangerous for people crossing the street. Children in this neighborhood walk to Child's Elementary School and have to jump over the puddle of water when it's warm and try not to fall on the block of ice that form here during the winter. Please install a street drain in this location. Thank you.

407 S Grant St.: there is a serious and dangerous condition along Grant St. between Smith and 2nd streets. You crews have left 3ft trenches along a poured sidewalk. I've personally seen 3 cars fall into these trenches and receive damage. Your signage is insufficient. Please remedy this situation now or residents being hampered by this nuisance will be forced to take legal action against the city. This report will serve as notice that you are aware of the hazard you have created by failing to fix the road in a timely manner.

The speed bumps on Allen St are broken. There are bolts sticking out of the road. Never-ending cars driving over them. The kids on scooters are going to wipe out when they hit the bolts. They were damaged when the snow plows came through. Fix this! Now!

South bound lane,West side of street, going uphill, there is a prominent outward portion of the curbing. It is painted yellow, but now black from repeated contact by vehicle tires. It needs to be rounded off, and move toward the sidewalk. When I struck this prominent angled curb, it resulted in a blowout of my right front tire. The Bland wrecker truck driver said “ Oh, I get lots of business from that curb” so my experience is not unique. Please fix for the nest drivers, and contact me if there are any questions. Once again asking the city to fill in this huge rut that was created at the end of my driveway and in front of my mailbox when Winslow rd was repaved. Previously the request was denied saying it was outside the scope of the project, however, the project created the rut during the project work so I'd like the city to fill it in before snow comes and myself, USPS, and delivery trucks get their tire stuck in this hole when delivering mail and turning right. Thank you!

Can the sidewalk and street at the intersection of East Covenanter Drive and College Mall Road be swept clean? See photo attached. Much gravel is on the sidewalk on the southwest corner and in the center of East Covenanter Drive on the west side of this intersection.

Pothole is in the road near our mailbox. There has been some confusion this year about whether Bloomington is responsible for maintaining the road area in Winslow Farm that circles the islands. We got no snow removal during the snowfall after the first of the year. We have lived in our house since 2015, and the City has always plowed it in winter and filled holes.
