To: Office of the Mayor These scooters (see image) are parked in spaces where my residents need to park for several days now. I already moved them closer to the street several times. This location does not have a walkway (307 19th Street), they should not be parked in private property. I called the police, but they have suggested to open a complaint in your office. After moderate to heavy rain, our storm sewer does not drain properly. Front yard and driveway are flooded regularly. Some drainage work has been done in our neighborhood by the city, but not on Post Rd.
