This property collects water in its basement, owner disposes of water by running a hose tube, to the property line, which causes soil erosion, utility pole erosion, and water on public sidewalk.
The cover of our water meter on the sidewalk is loose and poses a risk for tripping, strollers, wheelchairs etc
During hard rains, water backs up in the southeast corner of my yard and comes into my garage and basement from the parking pad on the east and below grade through the wall to the north. The sidewalk running along the Clifton St. right of way is the east boundary of my property (see photo). Water simply can't move fast enough to the culvert you installed south of my property on the west side of the sidewalk. Is there anything you can do to alleviate this problem? The City does not maintain the trees between the sidewalk and the street on Adams. The trees and brush are overgrown with invasive species and the local residents are spending hours and money trying to maintain the weeds/trees that are impeding their property. The sidewalk is not accessible because the City has not maintained their portion of the land between the sidewalk and the street.
The large section of the fir tree that blew down last Tuesday is blocking both the sidewalk and the entire southbound lane of Highland. This sidewalk is used by a lot of Winslow Farm residents who walk to the YMCA or trail around the park to the east of Highland. I've seen people walk into the street to get around the large tree section. I hope that will be removed soon. Highland gets a lot of traffic especially when there are events at the Winslow Sports Complex. Removal of the tree should be a high priority.

There is a tent setup on the curb doing some sort of commerce and the customers and staff are taking over the sidewalk, blocking pedestrian paths.
High winds caused a tree from the common area to come down and is blocking the sidewalk.
Sidewalk is blocked by overgrowth of shrubs. A great amount of pruning is needed.
