Mr. Miller states that since the City installed sidewalks along E. Third Street that bicyclists are riding on these sidewalks at high speed. It is very dangerous for pedestrians and one day he will be hit. Is there anything the City can do?
wanting "no parking" signs along morningside dr. reply-referred to Justin Wykoff reply-Justin offered to put request on Traffic Comission Agenda for Feb. 25
Shamrock Place in particular, along street properties not shovelled on sidewalk, dangerous
Recently purchased this property. Says there is a drainage ditch behind property in City ROW which is badly plugged up with debris. Says this drainage "creek" drains much of Park Ridge area and the whole thing is clogged up. Would like City to have it cleaned out.
THERE ARE DEEP DITCHES ON EITHER SIDE OF MORNINGSIDE. WHEN IT RAINS, ESPECIALLY A HEAVY RAIN, THESE DITCHES FILL UP. THE WATER TENDS TO POOL AT THE INTERSECTION WITH LEXINGTON. THE WATER SETS AND BECOMES STAGNANT AND ATTRACTS MOSQUITOES
Complaint was relayed by David Hamilton. Problem with drainage ditch and drain going under Concord. Apparently it is not handling the water the way that it should and is eroding Mr. Burton's yard.
