Tenant Complaint about bad plumbing, taking weeks to send someone, toilet doesn't flush part of the time, landlord has been contacted repeatedly; smoke detectors are inoperable, building is poorly lit.
The grass at the apartment buildings at 202 and 204 E 16th St. is over two feet tall, and has not been mowed in weeks.
Citizen says Truck #413 (Sign Crew) was driving very slowly, turned onto her street, stopped in front of her driveway, started backing up without any warning and nearly hit her car. Only stopped after she blew her horn.
Alley behind her house (Washtn/Lincoln-15th/16th) has gravel half-way down it. The other half is grass which she has always kept mowed. She is 81 and can't keep up with it anymore. Could the City gravel the rest of the alley?
