the sidewalk next to Owens Electric, on the 4th St. side is in terrible condition. it is dangerous for peds. A wheel chair cannot navigate this sidewalk at all.

Mr. Cornelius called Sue Ann Inman on 9/1/98 and stated that he lives in Lamplighter Trailer Court and that his water smells like algae. He has had allergy tests and found out that he is allergic to algae. He would like his water tested and the matter corrected.
