Vacant lot needs mowed at Miller & Maxwell (on left side of Miller going south (?). Ms. Wright said that you can't miss it. Please note address if possible.
Blue house has broken windows & is occupied on Miller Dr. (north side on Miller) just east of Henderson. Was occupied in the winter with windows broken out. Not sure 603 is correct - please note correct address if possible.
COMPLAINANT CALLED ON BEHALF OF HER DAUGHTER WHO LIVES AT 206 E 10TH (CORNER OF 10TH & WASHINGTON). THERE ARE A LARGE NUMBER OF TRASH BAGS ON THE CURB THAT HAVE BEEN THERE FOR A WHILE. SOME HAVE TAGS AND SOME DON'T. MRS. LOVELESS WANTS TO KNOW WHY THEY HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP. SHE WAS VISITING HER DAUGHTER AND SAW A RAT.
He said that paving had been done recently and had changed the drainage so that it caused water to go into his garage.
Water runs off from Templeton School property & Park Ave. Runs through citizen's property, erodes driveway & yard, floods basement. Drainage ditch/outlet to west of citizen is badly clogged and overgrown. Drainage ditch across Hillside to north of citizen needs to be re-dug. Per John Freeman: Engineering to check out & assign Street to do. Julio has been out to look at area and talk to citizen.
Wouldn't the health hazard of uncovered tires at Hi Speed supercede their grandfathered ability to store goods outside?
Weeds & trash under balconies at apt bldg.
Video Saloon keeps barrels outside for recycling. Public uses for trash creating health hazard. Also barrels obstruct right of way. See attached info also.
MS KLEINDORFER IS COMPLAINING THAT DO TO THE DRAINAGE OF WATER IT IS CAUSING WATER, DIRT AND SAND TO GO DOWN HER DRIVEWAY. SHE CONTACTED STREET DEPT AND THEY WENT OUT AND SWEPT THE STREET FOR HER BUT THE PROBLEM STILL REMAINS.
