Mr. Moulden called about the approval of Phase V Section 2 at Tamarron. He is concerned that this building activity will further exacerbate the water problem the Gun Club has been experienceing. Mr. Moulden complained of an increasing problem over the last couple of years. The Gun Club, which is downstream of Tamarron, has been flooded with a couple of feet of water during some storm events.
