The website sited in the letter we received today does not do what the letter describes. There is no way to pay my bill online or view my account as the letter describes. And when I call - I get a recording that says to call back later. Why was this letter sent out before your website was ready?
Scooters being stolen all over the City. We need to set up. Bait scooters and Catch these Thieves. They ruin people's li es and Jobs due to when they steal them, they take away so much from the person. Most are not being found due to the theifs not being found and prosecuted. Please,Please look into this. Sincerely a former scooter theft victim. P.s. I commend the officers that found my scooter and am Greatly pleased how they were in the right time at the right place. Could you please look at putting a 4-way stop in at the intersection of Pete Ellis and Longview. Because of the increased traffic due to the closing of the 10th and by-pass intersection, it makes it nearly impossible to get across Pete Ellis whilst traveling on Longview.
The sidewalk on the south side of the street between the BLine trail and Morton street has an accumulation of sand at the midpoint. The amount is enough to prevent being able to walk on that section of the sidewalk. thank you!

The sidewalk is completely obstructed by bushes and trees along the north side of Walpole Lane right about 4405 E Walpole
I recently stayed at the Motel 6 in Bloomington. The room smelled like urine and the floorboards were broken. I don't know if that is grounds for an inspection, but it sure didn't seem like the building was being maintained properly. The room I stayed in was #102. Thank you.
The corner of Broadmoor and East Oakland Avenue has had I don't know how many accidents mostly due to the bush on the South side of the intersection. If coming off Broadmoor you cannot see past the bush without putting your nose out into traffic on Oakland Avenue. This bush should eith be removed or trimmed way back so you can see oncoming traffic on East Oakland Avenue.
Please do not tie trash can to pole.
