MR. SHIDE STATES THAT HIS YARD FLOODS DUE TO THE CHANGE IN THE TERRAIN IN THE LAURELWOOD SUBDIVISION. WITH THIS LAST RAIN HIS ELETRIC TRANSFORMER & CABLES WERE COVERED UP WITH WATER CAUSING A DANGEROUS SITUATION. HE DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM UNTIL WININGER STOLBERG CHANGED THE TERRAIN.

The speed limit sign, going southbound on N. Hinkle Road, just north of the Lake is posted at 25 mph. A traffic study needs to be done in the area for this sign to stay. Don thinks that the speed should stay reduced due to the alignment.
Mr. Murphree moved to an area that has a lot of trees and could no longer use his satelite service so he became an Insight customer. Mr. Murphree has impaired hearing outside the range of being able to discriminate words, no matter how high the volume is set. Mr. Brown contacted the Public Works office on 3/22/04 to express his concern to the Telecommunications Council regarding his cable bill going from $41.45 to 44.75 with out an explanation. Mr. Brown stated that if Insight had competition then an increase would not be issued with out an explanation.
